For a delayed direct key, check spam and your Etsy messages, then contact support with the purchase channel and order reference. Do not purchase another unlock while waiting.
Your household license.
- One private key supports up to 2 Windows computers, 2 Android devices and 2 Apple devices. iPhone and iPad share the two Apple slots.
- Every activated device using that key shares the same household cloud workspace. Keep the key private and use it only for devices intended to share records.
- Already own a key? Install the free app and enter it in License & Activation rather than paying again.
- Replacing a device or reaching a device limit? Contact support before buying another license. Include the platform and error; do not send your full key in an initial message.
- The purchase is a one-time app unlock, with no recurring subscription. Cloud storage has the specific allowances described below; it is not unlimited storage.

Space example: 72 files averaging 1 MB total 72 MB; 36 files averaging 2 MB do too. Actual capacity depends on file sizes and service overhead. Check the app's usage display and save smaller readable photo copies where offered.
Purchase and refund help.
The store that took your payment handles its purchase terms, eligibility and refund process. Start with your order there: Apple billing support, Google Play refund help, or the help link in your Etsy/Payhip receipt. Do not assume a digital download has a cooling-off period or an unconditional refund.
