From your first download to your next trip.

Install and activate once.

1. Download the app from the official store for your device.
2. Already own a license? Enter its private key in License & Activation. You do not need to purchase again.
3. New customer? Choose your purchase route. Etsy and Payhip keys arrive separately by email or Etsy Messages, usually in an hour or two. Apple and Google purchases are verified inside their apps and provide a reusable key.
4. Save the key privately. The same key works on up to 2 Windows computers, 2 Android devices and 2 Apple devices. iPhone and iPad share two slots.

Every device using your key shares the household cloud workspace. Keep the key private and use it only on the devices intended to share your RV records.

Recover a purchase or find your key.

Apple: use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Android: use Restore Google Play Purchase with the purchasing Google account. Restore through the original store, then use the recovered key on your other permitted devices.

Etsy / Payhip: check the email or Etsy Messages used for your order, including spam. If you cannot find it, email support with your order reference and purchase channel. Please do not buy again just to recover access.

If you reach a device limit after replacing a device, contact us with the platform and error message so we can help.

Sync keeps devices together. Backup keeps a recovery copy.

1. After editing records, run Cross-Device Sync on that device.
2. Run sync on your other devices before editing on them.
3. Repeat whenever you switch devices. Sync requires internet and is manual.

Deletions also sync. Deleting a record and syncing can remove it from the other devices when they sync. Take a local backup before major changes; sync is not an undo history.

Cross-Device Sync includes a 72 MB synchronized-file allowance per license, with eligible files up to 20 MB each. The Windows app’s Encrypted Cloud Backup has a separate allowance for one current complete backup up to 72 MB. New uploads replace the previous cloud backup. Keep a separate local backup too.

Photos: Save smaller is recommended for eligible large JPEG and PNG attachments. Review the displayed savings and check receipt readability. Keep original is available for detail that needs it. The original source photo stays unchanged. Existing attachments, PDFs and other formats are not automatically recompressed.

Before you buy.

iPhone and iPad: the Apple app offers a one-time 24-hour courtesy period. Internet access is required to start it. The US App Store lists the one-time purchase at US$29.95; Apple shows your local price and taxes before checkout.

The apps target Windows 10 / 11, Android 7 or later, and iOS / iPadOS 15 or later. Check your device’s official store listing for compatibility before purchasing. Apple availability is currently USA, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand.

Local recordkeeping works offline after activation. Internet is needed for activation, periodic license validation, store purchase verification or restoration, cloud backup and manual sync.

Etsy and Payhip list the household license at US$29.95. Apple and Google Play show their own local price and applicable taxes before checkout. No monthly subscription is required.

Purchase and refund questions: start with the store where you paid, since its terms and refund process apply. Email us for product, key-delivery or activation help. A free app download is separate from purchasing the license that unlocks full access.
